Unlike other brands Koncho Alazanis Valley is crafted only from red Saperavi, indigenous Georgian grape variety, grown in the valley of Alazani and Duruji Rivers in the Kakheti region. Warm valley climate produces full of sun, rich in flavour grapes. Result is traditionally velvety, slightly fruity semi-sweet taste gently harmonized with tannings and acidity in the backbone.
Serve at 14°C. Сan be enjoyed on its own, or complement traditional Georgian meat dishes, young soft cheeses, fusion and Asian meals, moderately sweet deserts and fruits.
