Complex plummy, blueberry, blackberry, mulberry, peppery, spice, and some meaty aromas and flavours. It is medium-full bodied with smooth, supple tannins and cool-climate freshness. Some earthy notes on the mid-palate and dry flavour profile. Excellent finish length. Tasted Apr/2019.

A generous yet fresh Shiraz from high elevation in the Clare Valley. Hints of black pepper accent the ripe dark berry fruit. Oak and tannin are well dialed in and the finish is very good. Nicely done. Tasted Sept 2019.
