Really youthful barbera right here with a dark cherry stamp that is pure Alba though higher acidity is so bloody...
This is my ideal barbera. It's a grape that best expresses with fragrance and juicy exuberance - not a grape to taken...

A nuanced and complex wine. Notes of plum, black cherry, sour cherry, blackberry, violet, forest floor, vanilla, black pepper, menthol, dried sage, and an umami character of cured meat. The wine is dry. Medium bodied, with soft tannins and medium plus to high acidity.
A really nice juicy wine with soft tannins and good acidity. Fruit is balanced with the acidity and some bitter notes. Mouth-watering. Drinking very well now.
