From the Cadillac region on the right bank, this is a fairly simple, easy drinking red (80/20 Merlot Cab Sauv) but one that still impresses with its authenticity. A hint of bell pepper and some cedary oak accent the soft red fruit. Supple and still drinking just fine. No point in further ageing, this is very enjoyable right now. Fine value. Tasted Aug 2025.
