A good entry level Chablis despite the premier Cru classification. It shows typical unoaked notes of green apple zest and a core of minerality. A touch unbalanced at the moment in terms of acidity but it does soften with time in the glass. Decant or hold until 2012. (Tasted April 2010, Northof9finewine)
