Aged in a combination of both barrel and steel, this has an elegant, fresh, and medium to medium-high intensity nose of vanilla, buttery, ripe orchard fruit, pear, apple, and some earthy mineral aromas. It's medium to medium-full bodied, dry, and nicely textured with touches of spice joining the delicious apple, pear, earthy, and leesy mineral flavours with some elegance. It has fine, crisp acidity. A touch tight on the long, juicy, and crisp finish. Tasted June 2025. Score: 91+ pts
