Blended with 5% Petit Verdot, this Carmenère is fresh and open with a medium-high intensity nose featuring herbaceous, tobacco, coffee, and sweet herbs surrounding a core of black currant, cassis, and ripe berry aromas. The dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate is creamy with black currant and cassis flavours joined by accents of tobacco, savoury herbs, and toasty oak spice. It has very good acidity and creamy, supple tannins, with good structure. Savoury and herbal notes linger on the long lasting finish. Tasted Oct. 2025.
