This blend of Rabigato and Viosinho has a reserved, subtle oak influenced nose of ripe apple, pear, and orchard fruit aromas. It's medium to medium-full bodied on the dry, crunchy palate with very good, juicy acidity, which supports the delicious aroma replays of orchard fruits, apple, and pear, alongside some earthy vanilla notes, which turn more earthy mineral on the long, juicy finish.
