Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, this has a fresh and rich nose of medium-high intensity with coffee, mocha, and vanilla aromas surrounding a core of ripe dark red cherry, cassis, and currant. It's medium-full bodied on the dry and palate with delicious vanilla, mocha, coffee, cassis, and dark red cherry replays on the flavour profile. It's supported by fresh acidity and smooth, ripe tannins. Mocha notes carry through to the savoury, earthy, and long finish. Tasted Feb. 2026.
