Another good pasta wine
Spicy ripe berry and strawberry jam with some pleasing minerality and a hint of fireplace ash. Grippy, ripe tannins and great balance make for a very enjoyable sip. Lacking rustic character and a little shy on the volcanic side make it less identifiable as an Etna, but still delicious.
Soft, with a touch of mint, fruit, and spice, makes this an enjoyable wine. It is a nice wine but I would not rate it 90 points (Antonio Galloni).
