Grgich Hills Chardonnay 2008, Napa Valley
Chardonnay

Just love the style of this wine that follows the Mike Grgich guidelines of no malolactic fermentation now added to fruit that is farmed biodynamic. The nose is bright and alive with a sophisticated nutty lees entry and hints of orange and tropical fruit poking through its tight interior. Love the elegance and styling think roast chicken, halibut and or creamy cheeses. Expect this to improve in the bottle for another two to three years.
