Bright purple crimson; a very fine and elegant shiraz. its texture and structure will guarantee a long life if you keep your hands off it. - be patient and it will reward handsomely!
tasting gives off supple black fruits with a hint of spice, oak balanced and well integrated. This wine won a gold medal at the Sydney wine show 2010. Drink until 2030.
A pretty meaty shiraz. Dark ink in colour. Tons of tannins. Flavours of oak, blackberries, dark cherries, black pepper and leather on the palate. Excellent finish. Definitely a wine that will cellar well. Tasted November 2012.
Bright and minty, licorice, pepper with red fruit aromas. Dark fruits and herbal pepper notes on the palate balanced by oak. Good amount of tannin for ageing another 3-5 years. Full-bodied with a long finish. Yum. Tasted May/2012.

Deep garnet and violet, full-bodied.
Fresh fruit and tar on the nose. It smells so fresh and airy and lingers as you take your first mouthful.
The tongue shouts cherries, black pepper and cassis. Tannins work excellently as you transition from the fruity fresh mouth to a silky tanninic end. The finish is lingering and complex, but wild blueberries are a prominent voice. Excellent valued wine. Does not need decanting since the tannins were already excellently incorporated, but does help enhance sweetness imparted by the array of fruit. Drink now!
