This is a very young, taut and bracing un-oaked chardonnay with flinty notes, lemon curd, chive and green apple. It’s slim, zesty and mouthwatering with a grapefruity bitterness and hint of ginger. Very good persistence and intensity for a light bodied white. Chill moderately; pan fried white fish in lemon and herbs.
