Sacred Hill Deerstalkers Syrah 2010, Hawkes Bay
Syrah
Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
$45.00
Another stylish Syrah from the Gimblett Gravels in Hawkes Bay. Chief winemaker Tony Bish has crafted a dense, full-bodied wine that is ripe and savoury on the palate, yet well-balanced with fresh acidity and supple tannins. Deep rich colour, with an intense nose of black fruit and spice and lifted floral and liquorice notes on the very long finish. A truly superb wine! Drink now and over the next 7 to 10 years.
