Henri Abelé Traditionnel Rosé Brut, Champagne
Champagne
Champagne, France
$54.99 (343482)
According to their website, Henri Abelé is the third-oldest house in Champagne, founded in 1757. Light pink in colour, the Traditionnel Rosé exhibits beautiful, elegant scents of pink cherries and toasty biscuits; switching to red grapefruit, cinnamon, bergamot, and an intriguing, endearing hint of shrimp crackers and spice. Complex, pGrant ossessing great fruit, balanced acidity, and a stylish, ‘responsive’ hint of white grapefruit, orange skins, and yeasty biscuits on the finish. Unquestionably appetizing, with considerable style and original character. 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 30% Chardonnay. Now-2015.
