Deep inky ruby in colour with aromas of smoke, violet incense, cured meat and blackberry. Ripe and surprisingly smooth on the palate with floral and blackberry notes and savoury flavours of earth, smoke and cooking spice. Low tannin and velvety smooth with zippy acidity. Try with duck breast, cassoulet or simple burgers.
