Currently LCBO carries the 2006 vintage, which is what I am reviewing. This smooth, medium to full bodied wine has strong aromas of strawberry and subtle notes of oak and vanilla. It is fruity to integrated, with tannins somewhere between refined to tannic and a medium finish. If opened for long, the oak and vanilla notes disappear. My impression: NICE, especially at $12.95.
