Nice to see this wine return with the 2005 vintage. Unoaked Barossa Semillon with wonderful complexity, length, balance and intrique for a song. I like it a notch more than the 04. There's an intersting machine oil green nose with honey, wax, and a hint of citrus. The mouthfeel is creamy with good acidity and excellent length. It won't appeal to all, but no denying the value here given the complexity. Oct. 2014.
Very nice wine with a nose of petrol, citrus and a hint of coconut. Great complexity with flavours ranging from tropical fruits (kumquats) citrus and petrol or wax type flavours with a really nice long finish with coconut and more. Excellent acidity to keep everything fresh.
A good alternative to a Chard, but it will only please the discerning
Description: Bright yellow gold in colour with a medium+ intense nose. This unoaked wine features bees wax, tangerine, orange rind, lemon tart, golden apple and grapefruit. Medium body with good acidity and a very long length (The flavour was still in my mouth after 5 min).
Negatives: None
Interesting Points: Found it was best in the Viognier glassware.
Drink now or in the next 10 years on its own or pair it with conch ceviche.

Screw cap. Highly aromatic nose showing complex lime peel, melon, honey, fig, and dried herbs. Palate is equally complex with lemon/lime peel, herbs, floral flavours on a light-to-medium bodied frame. Fresh, lively acids balance the just off-dry, slightly viscous palate. Excellent length on the dry finish. Recommended. Tasted Oct/2014.
