Highly aromatic and bright nose featuring earth, strawberry, cherry and beetroot. It has smooth, integrated tannins on a light frame that is well-balanced with very nice aroma replays. It also has very good acidity and excellent length on the finish. Another fine wine from Norm! Tasted Apr/2015.

This County Pinot starts with a funky earthy nose then minerality, sour red fruit (cranberry, red current and pomegranate) and nutmeg. Light to medium bodied, the palate is tart, spicy with white pepper and more sour red fruit. High acidity and integrated tannin. Fresh, juicy and earthy, nicely balanced and quite complex. Excellent length. Another solid effort by Norm. Jan. 2016.
It's pretty amazing someone in Ontario (PEC) can aspire to such an elegant, luscious, suave, balanced and sophisticated Pinot Noir. The only issue here is the price, but I guess Pinot is over priced in most markets.
