Nose of lemongrass, lime juice, petrol, mineral, barely ripe pear, gooseberry, hint of herbs.

Crisp and brightly acidic, yet incredibly well balanced. Lemon-lime citrus, hard white peach, white grapefruit, juicy gooseberries, and a slight savoury leek note. Fruit carries well right through the medium-long finish. Quite complex.

Astounding value - am looking forward to seeing how this ages further.
