Medium-high aromatics, effervescent orange, sweet lemon and apple notes. Fine bubbles with tart lemon/citrus flavours and acids. It's off-dry with bright, fresh acids and a medium-long finish. Tasted Oct/2016.

Very sour. Flavors of green apple and concentrated lemon peel. It is not well balanced... there is some gas/chemical component that make it recognisable as riesling, and for those who are fans of sour fruit (as I am) this is serviceable, but many will find unapproachable. The bubbles come across as almost carbonated, though they are not...perhaps will come together with time?
Very zesty and very tart
