This pale gold blanquette releases fine bubbles, together with an intense perfume of Williams pears and honeysuckle. Lively and full-bodied, it releases a taste of toasted bread with a hint of honey. All together it is remarkably well balanced, smooth and fresh.
The vines grown on the hills to the west of Limoux, in the commune of Villelongue d’Aude, an ancient fortified village constructed in a ‘circulade’ (a traditional village built in concentric circles). Altitude of 300 meters, the softer oceanic climate ideal for the most aromatic white cépages of the appellation.
