Top Notch Chablis at an incredible price. Great minerality and complexity. Definitively a terroir driven and focused wine, could benefit a few more years in bottle and should age gracefully with added complexity until 2020-2025. Pair with lobster rolls, salmon, or poultry in a cream sauce. A must buy for all white burgundy fans.
