100% Merlot. Comes from Lussac Saint-Emilion classified as "Cru Bourgeois".
Decant and Serve at 16°C. Rich, long and strong it is perfect matching to grilled chops - veal, pork or lamb - especially with herbs such as thyme, rosemary and oregano.
"Produced from old vines, this is a new-wood-aged, polished and ripe wine. With its juicy black fruits and dark tannins, it is destined for good aging. Spice and a rich texture are working together to broaden and ripen this wine further. Drink from 2017." (Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast, 2015).
