A nice sub-regional Bourgogne (Cote d'Or) Pinot from the Morey Tawse-Pascal Marchand negociant duo. opens on the nose with nice florals, then red berry and cherry fruit, savoury umami notes, black pepper and vanillin and chocolate. Juicy acidity and medium tannins provide structure and the length is very good. Tasted June 2021.
