The medium+ intensity nose is ripe and tangy with currant, cassis, tobacco, and black raspberry aromas, along with hints of green herbs. On the medium-full bodied palate it has tangy berry aroma replays joined by smoky and subtle oak flavours, all supported by rounded tannins that have some structure and grip. It's balanced with very good acidity, while oak spiced notes linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Apr. 2022.
