Organic, this 100% Sangiovese has an elegant, medium+ intensity nose with aromas of sour red and black cherry, savoury earth, and clove spice. The medium-full bodied, structured and ripe palate has more sour red and black cherries, savoury earth, and clove spice flavours supported by fresh, lemony acidity. It has grippy, structured tannins, while the long, juicy finish is minerally with savoury earthy, and clove spice notes. Tasted Feb/2022. Score: 90+ pts

A fine Chianti Classico, lively and neat. Delicious to drink now. Organic is a bonus. Drink now through 2025. A very reliable producer. Tasted Sep 2023.
