Blend of 92% Carmenère and 8% Petit Verdot. The elegant, highly aromatic nose delivers complex black currant, pepper spice, cassis, herbaceous, grilled pepper, and oak spice aromas. The elegance continues on the slender, medium-full bodied palate with lovely, balanced aroma replays on the flavour profile which is supported by fresh, balanced acidity and elegantly refined and integrated tannins. Herbals, grilled pepper, oak spice, and currant notes linger on the finish, with excellent length. Tasted Sept. 2023.

I went in expecting to be Bombarded by those Chilean and Carmenère (92%) trademarks but the 8% Petit Verdot balanced it out very well.

Lovely soft bell peppers on the nose along with red chilies, and violet. The bell pepper and chili also followed through on the tongue but were subtle just like the nose. Some raspberry, jam, blackberry, and cherry came along for the ride. Medium tannins, acidity, and finish. Lovely stuff
