Got to try this in the office. This an awesome wine for the price. Chapoutier is a bit of a rock star.
This is an excellent value wine that shows some nice spicy, warm elements that are typical of this region. Although not as good as the "Occultum Lapidem" (reserve) bottling, it still has a full flavour and good finish.
Great value here, very fruity and floral

Again this vintage, a solid southern French Rhone from the ever reliable Michel Chapoutier. Herbs, black pepper, smoked meat all support bright black and red fruits. Agree with DL, serve with a slight chill. Fine value indeed. Tasted June 2016.
