Fiano is a white Italian grape primarily grown in the Campania region of Italy and on the island of Sicily. It is most popular as Fiano di Avellino DOCG wine. It produces structured, medium to full-bodied whites with subtle nutty aromas and citrus and honey flavours. It is commonly paired with fish and shellfish but it can also be paired with chicken, pork and veal.
